（一）主要职责

1. 负责指定船舶的日常营运调度工作；
2. 负责同船舶、租家以及其他有关各方的联络和沟通协调，确保船舶的顺利营运；
3. 确保公司、租家的相关指示及时传达给船长，并得到正确执行；
4. 根据航次需求燃油补给数量，协助燃油采购及加油；
5. 委托港口代理；
6. 负责运费租金杂费计算，制作发票，跟踪应收账款；
7. 负责滞期费计算，制作发票，跟踪应收账款款；
8. 更新航运系统数据；
9. 部门负责人交办的其他工作。

（二）任职资格

1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 航运管理、船舶驾驶相关专业，具有船上船员工作经历者优先考虑；
3. 有较好的中文及英文听、说、写能力；
4. 3年以上油轮管理公司工作经验，有油轮调度工作经验，曾负责过运费及滞期费计算制单；
5. 熟练使用各种计算机办公应用软件；
6. 良好的团队合作精神；
7. 具有香港居民身份。

Job Responsibilities：

1. In charge of daily routine operation of assigned vessel in connection with monitoring vessel’s daily movement and performance as per C/P.
2. Communicate and coordinate with master, charterer and other concerned parties to ensure smooth operation.
3. Forward company/charterer’s instruction to master timely and follow up master’s compliance.
4. Bunker need and requisition.
5. Prepare hire、Freight and miscellaneous invoice, follow up receivable.
6. Prepare demurrage claim invoice, follow up receivable.
7. Keep shipping management system data update.
8. Undertake Department Head relevant assignment whenever required.

Job Requirements：

1. A college diploma or above holder in maritime aspect. 
2. Have related discipline with recognized professional qualification.
3. Minimum 3 years Operations Department experience in oil tankers management companies with handling freight and demurrage calculation.
4. Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
5. Spirit of team work.
6. Well-versed in computers and MS Office.
7. Hong Kong resident.
