Our client is a trading and manufacturing company with factories in PRC

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to perform shipping functions in China & Hong Kong
• Support the operations on all shipping matters, custom documentation and to ensure that schedules and shipments are conducted in a timely manner
• Coordinate with accounting department for budget and forecasting. Handle and process daily shipping and transportation order and arrangement
• To handle a full set of I/E shipping documents, L/C, customers and vendors correspondence independently and other banking documents, import / export declaration
• Develop and maintain shipment reports and analysis reports on timely basis

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
• At least 7 years relevant experience with minimum 2 years in managerial level at garment trading and manufacturing company
• Well-versed with HK, PRC and Regional import, export trade rules and custom clearance procedures;
• Good understanding on US Markets
• Good knowledge in I/E procedure & regulation, L/C & banking document handling and Tradelink declaration
• Familiar with PC knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command in Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Immediate available is highly preferred
