Main responsibilities:

1. Prepare full set of air export/import documents.

2. Coordinate bookings with co-loaders and other concerned parties.

3. Perform data entry.

4. Provide general office support to daily operations. 

Requirements:

1. Higher diploma or above in Logistics/Supply Chain management or related disciplines.

2. Solid experience in air freight forwarding/aviation/ logistics field.

3. Deep knowledge of air freight export/import documentation requirements.

4. Understanding of pre-pack shipment principles and ULD basics.

5. Valid DG training certificate is highly preferable.

6. Good command of both written and spoken English is essential.

7. Able to work late shifts (till 01:00) and Saturdays occasionally.
