Job Responsibilities :

Commercial

• Deliver sales analysis, business intelligence and related reporting professionally
• Support on commercial activities for the Travel Retail team including liaison with retailers, price list and inventory
• Manage inflight accounts and related work
• Handle sales invoice, processing and proper record
• Arrange and ensure proper delivery of GWP, FOC, samples and other necessary services to designated locations / customers on a timely and efficient manner
• Work with marketing, training and internal team on Travel Retail activities and events

Customer service

• Enter and process orders
• Prepare shipment documentation (air or sea), arrange and follow up on required customs documentation
• Arrange and follow up on customers/business special requirements
• Follow up on various queries regarding account/orders etc
• Process credits
• Work with key stakeholders such as warehouse and freight forwarders etc for delivery, shipping timelines, transport & communicating information back to customers/account managers; support to account manager

Requirements :

• Commercial / sales admin / customer service experience in Travel Retail, experience in cosmetics and handling inflight accounts an advantage
• Strong sales analysis and reporting skills, good numerical sense
• Familiar with customer order processing and shipment follow up
• Strong organizing, co-ordination and communication skills
• Sense of urgency, dynamic, multi-tasking, detail minded and good team player
• Excellent in excel with the formula and power point skills a must
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
