The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations for FMCG. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery for B2B and B2B globally. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operational management of distribution activities, but not limited to all the activities related to physical movement of products – warehousing, value-added services, order processing and customer services.
• Supervise daily operations to follow and develop company SOPs and plan for the warehouse operations to optimize processes so as to increase warehouse's operational efficiency
• Lead, supervise and motivate the operation team.
• Drive and maintain lean culture and ensure environmental, health and safety within the Warehouse and working environment
• Work closely and coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth logistics, flow, to understand and resolve challenges
• Maintain effective communications with customers and handle customer complaints
• Solid Hands on experience to lead and support daily warehouse operation
• Provide regular performance and inventory reports
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 5 years' of warehouse experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
• Must have previous experience in FMCG B2B and B2C globally
