Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, implementing and overseeing daily activities 
• Oversee client issue management and resolving complex issues
• Conduct and/or utilize performance analysis to develop and review operational policies, standards and procedures.Train and guide staff on company policy and performance objectives.
• Evaluate operational and employee performance and enforce company standards to ensure objectives are met.
• Carry out cost / budget control measures and other feasible plans to ensure the smooth running and profitability of the company
• Handle ad hoc management project as required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in service industry of which at least 3 years holding a supervisory / managerial position. Experience in fleet management would be an advantage.
• A good team leader possessing good analytical skills and well organized with strong sense of customer service. Self-motivated and result oriented.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external parties.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
