Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for A/R & A/P processing, credit control, prepare invoices, vouchers & cheque payment
• Handle daily inter-company transaction/balance activities
• Coordinate/follow up with China branch offices on accounting matters
• Prepare month-end closing schedules and related accounting reports
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above, LCC higher in Accounting or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in accounting field, preferably in sizable company
• Experience in handling full-set accounts
• Good figure sense with proactive attitude and good communication skill
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of Mandarin is essential
• Knowledge in Accpac an advantage but not necessary
• Immediate available is preferred
