Des Voeux Partners Limited is a multi-family office that offers asset management and advisory services including property management

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data entry, issue cheques, preparing vouchers and filing
• Monitor and prepare monthly billings, financial reporting & analyses, management reporting and cashflow
• Prepare schedules and reconciliations and follow up outstanding items, and other ad hoc assignments
• Liaise with the auditors, Co Sec, banks, and Inter-company, etc

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in accountancy or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant working experience in audit or accounting field
• Experience in handling full set of accounting and accounting software is a must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good PC knowledge and proficiency in MS office , Excel , Word  
• Well-organized, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated and hardworking
• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese 

Working location: Central/Causeway Bay/Kwun Tong
