Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese trading conglomerate, is seeking for a high-calibre accounting professional to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting of assigned fund and/or business
- Perform month end reconciliations, revaluation and account closings
- Perform fund and/or business analysis and prepare reports
- Monitor and manage cash flows and expenses
- Handle accounting inquiries in a timely fashion
- Ad hoc duties to assist accounting department
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 7 years accounting experience, preferably in a sizable organization
- Knowledge or hands-on experience of fund accounting is required
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Japanese language is not a must but a definite advantage.
- Independent, well organized, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill
- Less experienced candidate is considered for junior position
