Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of billings and trade receivables functions
• Assume the responsibility of receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility
• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
• Issue and post bills, fee notes, invoices and receipts
• Check the validity of debit accounts
• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments
• Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding debts and deadlines
• Provide solution to any relative issue of clients
• Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
• Perform ad hoc assignment when required

 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years or above Accounting experience is a must
• With LCCI Intermediate or above
• Good command in English and Mandarin
• Good at Excel, Word, preferable with knowledge of SAP
• Proactive, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Billing Executive
• Immediate available is highly preferred
