Job Description

The company is now looking for a meticulous individual to join us as Account Officer to keep up-to-date account records and oversee smooth transactions with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Process billing and receipts reconciliation

Prepare deferred income schedule and monthly amortization worksheet

Monitor AR aging and handle AR collection

Perform accounting routine, including invoice preparation, journal inputs and receipts, monthly payment, etc

Prepare month-end closing and accounting schedules,

Perform ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting/Business or related disciplines

2-5 years experience in accounting or auditing

Positive, detail-minded, good communication skills, able to work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office

Experience of handle full-set of accounting will be advantage.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounting Officer

Immediate availability is highly preferred
