Job Description
Our client, a reputable Japanese manufacturer, is seeking for an Accounting & Administration clerk to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales divisions for AR outstanding or settlement issue
- Assist AP duties (e.g. Issue cheque and bank reconciliations) & month-end processing
- Perform clerical and administrative support
Requirements:
- F.5/ DSE or above
- LCCI Level 2
- At least 2 years of relevant accounting working experiences
- Good communication in Chinese & English
- Ability to handle and keep confidential information in a professional manner
- Good in MS Excel (V lookup and Pivot Table) and PowerPoint
