Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting payable duties and ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with corporate guidelines with integrity and accuracy
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, fund request & transfer, bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing cash management related analysis and management reports
• Supervise subordinates to perform their duties and work as a team
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above with at least 5 years’ accounting experience, preferably gained in sizeable organization
• Proficiency in MS Office application and accounting system
• Independent and self-motivated, well-organized and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Accounts Supervisor
