We are currently seeking an Accountant/ Accounting Officer to assist the Finance Manager in overseeing and running daily operations of the finance department.

Job responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounting, including input of data into accounting software, update of accounts schedules and daily routine accounting duties;
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations;
• Assist in the implementation of new accounting software
• Liaison with other departments when required to improve finance and accounting operational efficiency as well as accuracy of accounting records;
• Reporting to Finance Manager and ensure daily operations of finance department meets the needs of the company;
• Handle other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in accounting preferred
• 5 years or above relevant working experiences
• Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and detail oriented
• Knowledge in Flex System and Peachtree is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel and Word)
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant accountant or Accounting Officer
