Our client is an international business group listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. A Head of Treasury is currently sought to join the team in HK. 

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate funding with Bankers/Financial institutions on behalf of the Company
• Anticipate borrowing needs and available funds to cover operational expenditures and capital investment
• Advise Senior Management of loans, liquidity and investments
• Handle receipt, banking and protection of company funds, securities and financial products
• Prepare periodic financial reports detailing the company's present financial situation and forecasting based on departmental needs and upcoming capital projects
• Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance
• Seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance/Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA / ACCA)
• Relevant experience in corporate financial management
• Proven experience as treasurer or in a relevant financial management position
• Detailed knowledge of financial legislation and practices
• Knowledge of monetary markets, business investment management and financing strategies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, strong in Excel and PowerPoint presentation
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
