 Finance Manager

With thousands of employees and production facilities/operation over the world, we are inviting suitable candidates for the posts and support our strong global development.

Suitable candidate will take in charge for the regional finance and other assigned areas, and also lead the countries' finance teams in the region. He/she will act as a business and finance controller and work closely with the headquarter and regional management.

The Role:

•        - Regional business, operation and financial control
•        - Process re-engineering. Responsible for strengthen operational  efficiency.
•        - Operational process and business flow improvement. 
•        - Policies improvement and related implementation control
•     - Lead regional finance team and other assigned areas
•     - Ad-hoc

Requirements:

•        - 5-15 years trading/manufacturing Internal Audit or Controlling or Finance or Operational experience.
•        - Oversea exposure or MNC Experience is preferred.
•        - Headquarter or regional controlling experience is ideal.
•        - Excellent implementation skill, strong planning skill, strong leadership skill, Independent, Self-motivated, Multi-tasks skills, English communication
•      - Travel 35% - 60% in the first year
