Suitable candidates will be considered for openings in different areas of the Phillip Securities Group after 1-year on the job rotation training.  During the training program, you will be assigned to at least 2 – 3 different areas, such as Accounting & Finance, Internal Audit, Settlement, Compliance, etc.  You will be coached to complement our existing teams of finance professionals and handle challenging assignments.

Ideal candidates should possess a good university degree.  Knowledge in accounting, legal or computer is an advantage. You should be a good team player with excellent analytical, communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem solving skills.  You should also be highly committed and have the drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
