Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for Hong Kong, China and Europe.
• Work as part of team for AR, AP and GL.
• Supervise the team in performing inventory management, i.e. prepare stock counts, stock reports and inventory analysis.
• Liaise with warehouses for quarterly stock takes
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgeting and analysis reports Complete the monthly bank reconciliation and financial statements.
• Liaise with external Auditors for audit and tax matters.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and company secretary.
• Assist in budgeting and monthly closing. 
• Ensure timely issue VAT invoices.
• Undertake other supporting ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel to Shenzhen production office.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant, Bachelor or Diploma degree in Accounting or other related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting-related work experience in Hong Kong and China.
• Strong business sense and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and analyze business performance.
• Attention to details, ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and respond quickly to daily operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills, aptitude to work with personnel from diverse background.
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Quickbooks.
