主要職責:

• 協助擬定年度、季或月營運計劃、推廣統計及調查市場同區對手動向。
• 與出品部主管密切聯繫，商討食物質量問題，構思新菜單，以提高盈利為宗旨。
• 管理店舖內各部門的工作流程，令各部門能作出適當的配合。
• 專責每月/每日人手編排，以確定各級員工的工作時間及工作範圍。
• 協助公司對外之聯絡包括政府部門(了解各類牌照、法例)及客戶。
• 監控店舖收貨質量、服務水準及出品質素。
• 專責處理各類報告。

工作要求:

• 中學或以上程度
• 具備最少3年或以上樓面管理工作經驗
• 懂基本電腦應用技巧
• 能操簡單英語及普通話
• 持食物衛生經理證書及五常法認證優先考慮
