A public listed company in Hong Kong that specializes in property development/investment projects in the PRC invites high calibre candidates:

                                                Senior Accountant

    Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, cash flow projection and period end /year end closing

• Prepare consolidated group financial and management reports, budget and analysis, and audit report

• Support management on ad-hoc projects as assigned

   Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance and/or qualified accountant

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience preferably familiar with PRC accounting

• Good command of spoken & written Chinese & English, with fluency in Putonghua

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and independent

• Hands-on MS Office applications & accounting software, preferably Flex Account and 金碟

• Travel to PRC occassionaly
