Job Description / Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting / bank account operations
- Prepare invoices/ vouchers and make payments
- Full set of accounting / bank reconciliations
- Prepare month-end closing and consolidation
- Assist in monthly / quarterly / interim / annual report
- Any ad hoc assignment
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
- Experience in accounting with 2 years or above;
- Responsible, hardworking & able to work independently;
- Excellent PC skills in particular Excel;
- Knowledge of Flex System is preferred;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Immediate availability is preferred
