We are looking for a Regional Junior Finance Analyst to join our Regional Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare excel summaries for system data extraction on monthly, quarterly and annual financial submissions.
• Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentation materials for management meetings
• Assist in following up with other Asia offices on outstanding submissions or data correction.
• Handle ad hoc assignments
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher diploma, Associate degree or University degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage.  Fresh graduate is also welcome.
• Excellent computer knowledge including Excel skills (knowledge in Pivot table and V-lookup is preferred) and PowerPoint.
• Be diligent, detailed-oriented, well organized and self-motivated.
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure with multiple tasks.
• Good command of English and Cantonese (good command of Mandarin is an advantage)
