The Job

• Handle fresh / frozen food import business; marketing / sales activities in Hong Kong and China.
• Support Mitsui headquarter to expand existing business related to food stuffs with local partners in Hong Kong and China in accordance with instruction by General Manager.
• Create and develop new business opportunity related to food stuffs through research and analysis on markets/trends/customers.
• Preparation of reports, presentation materials and business proposal in collaboration with Mitsui headquarters and General Manager.

The Requirements

• University graduate in business studies or related discipline
• Around 5-10 years’ relevant experience in food industry, especially expertise in fresh / frozen food such as seafood, meat, etc.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge in Japanese is preferable
• Good knowledge in MS Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point
• Good presentation, communication, analytical & interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently with strong problem solving skill
• Business mind, responsible, self-motivated, proactive & energetic
• Willing to travel
