As a leading investment bank in China and Hong Kong region, the investment banking arm of Bank of China, BOC International Holdings Limited (“BOCI”), is now seeking highly motivated, creative and success-oriented professional who would like to pursue the career in our group.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop a deep understanding of key regulatory requirements / rules related to Basel III
2. Assist PB CRO and other stakeholders in understanding capital consumption based on anticipated or experienced balance sheet activities and regulatory development;
3. Maintain a thorough and detailed understanding of the end-to-end processes and data attribute
4. Determine, understand and explain clearly key variance drivers in RWA measures based on balance sheet dynamics and portfolio mix;
5. Manage the impacts from new system projects and coordinate preparation work for the team;
6. Manage internal / external audit reviews;
7. Any other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree / Tertiary education in business, finance, accounting or related disciplines;
2. 3 years of working experience with strong analytical and technical accounting background, in order to play a part in financial reporting of IFRS9, Risk Weighted Asset Calculation and Capital Planning;
3. Knowledge of GAAP accounting rules and Risk Management;
4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
