Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle all Accounts Receivable related tasks
- Checking of redemption and refinance reports
- Conduct reconciliations
- Maintain and update information in FlexSystem
- Prepare funding for various purposes
- Handle all insurance related issues
- Handle all money lender licenses related issues
- Handle bank accounts maintenance
- Assist in month end closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 3 years working experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Mature and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in FlexSystem is an advantage
- Good English and Chinese typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Candidate with less experience/ academic level will be considered as Assistant Officer
