Our client is one of the world-leading manufacturing group of companies in production of toys for famous brand in the world. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the whole finance & accounts and treasury functions.
• Review the monthly management and regulatory reporting (including group consolidation), financial analysis, annual budgeting and regular forecasting activities and on-going budgetary controls.
• Providing of cash management, banking, financial planning, control and investments.
• Coordinating with different departments for the implementation and monitoring of financial policies and internal control procedures.
• Liaise with banks for bank facilities and relationship management.
• Liaise and coordinate with external professionals, i.e. tax specialist, auditors.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting with professional qualification.
• Hands-on finance & accounting experience of which at least 5 years proven senior managerial experience in multinational companies. 
• Possesses strong strategic mindset, leadership skills, communication skills, people management abilities and business acumen as key character traits to the success of this role.
• Solid experience in banking and treasury functions.
• Experience in implementation of ERP and accounting system.
• Presentable and an effective communicator with excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• A self-starter and problem-solver with strong initiative to achieve goals and objectives.
• Open-minded and adaptive to dynamic environment – multi-sites cross countries.
• Work under high pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in IPO process is advantageous.
