Key Duties and responsibilities

• Handle Account Payable transactions independently and complete Month End Closing on a timely basis
• Maintain accurate and timely data update in accounting system
• Streamline Account Payable process to enhance operations efficiency
• Manage internal control standard and requirement to ensure full compliance
• Prepare periodical report and maintain management accounting schedules
• Oversee expenditure and monitor contract information and database
• Monitor fixed asset schedule and related files and database
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• At least four years or above experience
• Holder of HKIAAT member or student member will be advantage
• Solid and hands on experience in operating Computerized Accounting and AP system and perform AP related duties
• Detail-minded, self-starter, flexible and well organized with strong sense of responsibility
• Good time management and able to meet multiple deadlines
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel and Word)
