Job Scope:

• Provide comprehensive 2nd line of defense from risk control, governance and regulatory review for the North Asia Branch
• Facilitate the development/implementation risk framework, control process/policies by working in close partnership with compliance/audit teams
• Plan and guide BR/Operations team on risk assessment
• Active engagement in promoting OR culture and providing guidance to 1st line BR and Front Office teams on resolution related to compliance/OR aspects

Requirements:

• Well qualified graduate with Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Legal discipline
• 5yrs+/- relevant 2nd line of defense operational risk management, compliance, biz control and audit experience earned from int’l bank
• Understanding of private wealth management business/processes is highly essential
• Good understanding of HKMA/SFC regulatory requirement is essential
• Adaptive to working in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong stake holder management and consultation experience
