Job Responsibilites:

• Handle daily operational accounting job duties and full set of accounts.
• Prepare month-end closing and monthly financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation bank balances and intercompany balances.
• Processing payment requests, issuing cheques and staff expense claims.
• Keep proper and organized filing for easy retrieval and in confidential manner.
• Liaise with external parties for audit, tax, and bank-related matters.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance / Accounting or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience, with audit experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, exposure in Kingdee is an advantage.
• Fast and efficient, well organized, detailed oriented as well as a good team player.
• Responsible and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Good command of English and Cantonese (especially Mandarin).
• Immediate available is preferred.
