Our client is a leading international corporation that provides facilities management services and engineering solutions to companies across the world. With their imminent expansion into the Asia Pacific Region, we are hiring potential talents to join their expanding team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support Senior Management Accountant in monthly forecasting, operation performance & cost reduction analysis, and management accounts
• Perform required analysis and create reports related to budget & forecast for internal teams to achieve business objectives
• Take part in annual budget process involving: (1) Closely monitor operational data and report to management on variances with data from standard budget, (2) root cause behind variances, and (3) assist Operation team to ensure budget/forecast is achievement
• Support team to manage internal & external audit preparation (year-end reporting)
• Monitor and ensure all reporting comply to and are up-to company standards
• Build strong relationship with Operation and other internal teams in meeting business objectives
• Undertake ad-hoc analysis or tasks as required by management

Job Requirements

• University graduate or equivalent in Account/Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience in Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Analytical, independent, team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized and detail-minded
• Flexible with strong sense of responsibilities
• Immediately Available
