About the Role: 
*Responsible for full life cycle recruitment, review, streamline and explore new recruitment strategies to attract talents, build up talent pipeline and database
*Maintain close relationship with internal and external parties to ensure smooth work-flow, partner with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner to provide consultative advises on talent acquisition strategies 
*Keep abreast of market trends, design, review and updates schemes and best practices for business
*Perform ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

About the People:
*Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM / Business Administration or other related disciplines
*At least 5 years of solid experiences in related field, preferably experiences gained from financial/banking sector, candidates with agency background are welcomed
*Personality wise: Flexible at work, fast-paced with multi-tasking skills, excellent communication skills 
*Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
*Candidates with more experiences may be considered for senior title
