Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Handle accounts receivables and payables
• Preparing monthly reconciliation and invoices
• Prepare monthly/annual reports and budgets
• Manage petty cash
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• F5 or above, Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years solid experience in Auditing/Accounting 
• Proficiency in MS office and accounting software Peachtree is a MUST
• Responsible, honest, self-motivated and detailed oriented
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Immediately available is preferred

Less experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
