Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial supports to Director for both personal and business matters
• Handle full spectrum of administrative and human resources duties independently including staff recruitment, staff enrolment, employment contracts preparation, resignation/termination, maintaining personnel records, monthly payroll & MPF, leaves, annual salary/bonus review and company tax issues, etc for small office team 
• Liaise and negotiate with external parties
• Any ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Bachelor degree is preferable 
• Able to work 3 days per week (Mon – Fri) (flexible working schedule on requests)
• With at least 2 years or more experience in the scope of personal assistant and/or Human Resource filed is highly preferred 
• Related working experience in motors industry is definitely an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
• A team player with self-initiative, pleasant, responsible and detail-minded
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese and MS office suite
• Immediately available will be preferred

Salary

• $70-140 per hour, depends on experience
