Duties:

• Supervise clerical staff
• Assist in clinic liaison
• Assist to formulate and implement UIH marketing strategy
• Provide executive and administrative support for UIH & MEI management team
• Manage UIH accounting issue
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments of Union Hospital or outside organizations to provide quality services

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 5 years of work experience. And at least 2 years post-qualification administrative / managerial experience in a sizable organization
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Creative with strong analytical planning and organization skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in computing applications
