Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general office administration and procurement functions;
• Manage driver and company vehicles;
• Manage office environment and renovation projects;
• Supervise front desk services and Admin. Staff;
• Organize events, functions and ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least 5 years experience in daily office administration functions, hand-on experience in driver and vehicle management is a preferred;
• Have a high level of responsibility and good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of moral values, pay attention to details,have a good team spirit and professional attitude.

Candidate with less experience would be consider as Senior Administration Assistant
