Duties

• Ensure office administrative operation including office supplies and maintenances
• Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment
• Supervising the administration team members including tea ladies & receptionist
• Assist in formulating and implementing office administration policies
• Maintain administrative records & expense allocation
• Responsible for flight reservation, hotel booking, stationery inventory management etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments to execute company activities

Requirements

• DSE/ F.7 or above with 5 years relevant experience and supervising experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• High sense of responsibility with good working attitude
• Pleasant, polite personality with good communication skill
• Able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
