Job description:

• Create and maintain project standard documentation, methodology, and offer training to project managers
•  Prioritize projects, and ensure all projects support the overall business objectives of company 
• Overseeing projects in various department to ensure each phase of project proceeds as planned
• Report project progress to executives and stakeholders
• Centralize the best practices and arrange sharing to strive for overall operation excellence. 

Education and Experience requirements:

• Bachelor degree level or above in business or engineering discipline
• With Six sigma/PMP/IIBA certificate is preferable 
• Sound experience on training and development
• Over 10 years’ project management experiences and 3 years at managerial level or above.

• Good training and coaching skills
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Proactive and willing to work under pressure
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Frequent business travel required
