Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR Generalist duties including recruitment, payroll administration, HRIS, C&B, employee relations, and training and development.
• Handle recruitment process, line up interview appointments, other projects like Campus Recruitment.
• Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review.
• Handle work visa application and extension.
• Manage general staffing process including new staff on-boarding and off-boarding documents.
• Handle recruitment process, expand recruiting channels for candidates sourcing.
• Assist to draft, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance.
• Support staff development, service enhancement programs, projects, workshops and staff activities.
• Assist on other HR related projects / duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 0-1 year or above related HR generalist experience with strong in Training Development, Recruitment, on-boarding and off-boarding areas,Payroll Calculation.  Candidates who have prior HR experience in financial institution industry preferred, but not essential.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations and regulations.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.  Candidates who have good Mandarin communication skills (both verbal and written) would have an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel (if formulas, vlookup, pivot table, etc.), HRIS, MS Word and Powerpoint.
• Presentable, pleasant, proactive, responsible, mature approach with strong analytical mind and problem solving skills.
• Candidates who can start immediately or within a short period of time would have advantage.
