Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate for leasing affairs of office and apartment of Japanese expatriates
• Liaise with telecommunication companies for managing and monitoring of service plans, including data roaming, SIM cards, conferencing service, IDD and etc.
• Carry out general office administration work, such as office renovation, maintenance of office equipment and office procurement & supplies
• Monitor and administer office insurance, access control and alarm system
• Assist in coordination of ISO9001 and ISO14001 documentation and act an internal auditor
• Assist in organizing company and staff activities, such as Annual Dinner and staff recreation

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years solid experience in office administrative work
• Experience in handling office renovation and removal projects is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality & Environmental System is an advantage
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer
