Responsibilities:

• To perform receptionist works, including handle phone calls, greeting of guests, maintain meeting room schedule, etc.
• To support office administrative functions & general clerical duties, including mailing, courier arrangement, procurement of stationery & office supplies, maintenance of office equipment, etc.

• Handle daily attendance record and leave record management.
• Lab test form submit & proceed.
• Basic data entry.
• Communicate with manufacturing sites.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above
• At least 1-2 year clerical work exp.
• With relevant working experience is preferred
• PC knowledge is a must (Email & familiar with MS Office, especially in excel formulation).
• With Lab test & form submit process exp preferred.
• Pleasant, polite, self-initiative with positive working attitude.
• Must be an active, fast-learner, flexible.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
