Job Description
Our client is a legal firm with HQ in Panama located at Central urgently looking for a Corporate Administrator to join their company with details as follows
Responsibilities
-
Handle greetings, data input, filing, telephone inquiries
-
Provide full office administrative and secretarial support
-
Provide Company Secretarial support (On-the-job training provided)

Arrange appointments or meetings
-
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
-
Higher Diploma or above
-
One year up relevant working experience in admin / secretarial or clerical support
-
Can communicate in spoken and written English & Mandarin / Chinese
-
Good PC knowledge of MS office
Salary negotiable (HK$15-20K) depends on qualification and working experience.
