Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an Legal Assistant for Private Equity Team, the requirements are as follows:-

Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum of 3+years or above legal assistant or legal secretary or relevant work experience;
• Good command of spoken and written of English; fluent Cantonese;  
• Conduct legal research, handle paperwork;
• Handle legal documents, filing, complies data;
• Assist in project management, follow up the flows of projects and able to meet the deadlines;
• Candidate with legal secretary experience plus project management, client is willing to consider; 
• Prepare court bundles, exhibits and papers;
• Proactive, independent, well-organized and can be finish assignments independently in a timely manner; 
• With more experience candidate, we will consider to offer higher package; 
• 5 days, Central, Short Notice as an advantages.
