Do you have solid HRM work experience in Chinese Financial Service and looking to progress your career in a generalist management role, with more senior analysis duties and cover both HK and China HR management?

You will provide key advisory and HR delivery services to the business. You will partner with the leadership teams to drive their strategic priorities as well as leading on day to day HR activities.

You will be driven and self-motivated with a learning mindset and able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly matrixed Chinese financial service, ideally from an asset management, private equity or investment banking background. You will be a team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and have a successful track record in a relevant HR generalist role. Your strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills, and capability across core HR activities (especially C&B, analysis and reporting) will see you flourish in this role. You’ll be experienced in the HK market.
