Job duties:

• Handle the daily accounting duties of the group companies (in HK & Mainland China)
• Oversees the bookkeeping function including maintenance of GL, AP, AR
• Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with HKFRS
• Prepare monthly consolidation
• Review the management accounts of subsidiaries and prepare the monthly variances analysis  Assist budget, planning, forecast and analysis
• Experience in private fund structure set up, sales & marketing, product development
• Prepare invest presentations and capital raising documents, prepare internal approval paper in respect of new investments
• Assist in providing company secretarial services
• Lead and liaise with PRC finance teams with aim of improving efficiencies of PRC operations
• Liaise with external auditor for interim review and annual audit
• Liaise with bankers for bank account opening and handling banking facility
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Accounting, preferable HKICPA, CFA, ACCA member or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience from both audit and commercial sector, Preferably with sizable  listed company experience.
• Solid hands-on experience in financial accounting and consolidation
• Company secretary experience is a plus but not a must
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal skills and analytical skills
• Able to manage multi-tasks and meet tight deadline
• High proficiency in MS office
• System implementation experience is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is highly preferred
