The idea person

• Degree holder of textile & clothing / industry engineering or related discipline
• Min. 12 years solid experience in managing the technical, compliance, Quality control, production section with at least 3 years hold of similar level
• Familiar the applicants include ISO, CAP, TQM, SPO, C-TAPT Solid work experience in sizable trading and buying office environment is essential
• Capable to management sizable team locate in HK, China and Asia countries
• Strong leadership, management, analytical and problem solving skill to direct the subordinates align the company target track and proactive investigate the problems with strong decision making to take the correction action
• Experience in causal to high end fashionable apparel both Woven, Knits, Sweater item in all genders.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

The role

• Managing functional section include Technical, QC, compliance, production, wet-processing, product integrate
• Plans, develop and implement strategy, policy and procedure in compliance, quality and technical sector
• Audit and prevent the potential problems of delivery, quality, production and technical as well as take the correction plan proactive.
• Ensure the technical, quality and compliance team clear customer’s manual and requirement
• Promotes sustainable programs of compliance include product, work, people and social, C-TAPT, CAP, ISO, AQL, TQM and SOP for vendors or related teams and ensure both internal and external parties well understood the programs
• Oversight on the technical services function covering testing, fitting and pattern to ensure orders in compliance with corporate / customers‘ quality requirements
• Direct the teams to ensure the vendor’s performance to co-operate company policies and standard as well as manage the delivery is on schedule
• Work based in Hong Kong office and frequently travel to vendors based
