Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle client account opening;
• Answer client’s enquiry;
• Provide administrative support to the team;
• Maintain good rapport with clients and attend to their needs and requirement;
• Assist in placing orders for clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma level or above in Commerce or Finance;
• Independent and willing to work under pressure;
• Good telephone manner with experience in securities dealing is an advantage;
• Currently registered with the SFC as licensed representative in regulated activity 1;
• Good command of Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
