Responsibilities:

• Handle different types of Inward/outward payments
• Handle Inward/outward cheque clearing
• Handle daily reconciliation of Nostro accounts
• Handle activities in respect of account services
• Follow up payment status, investigations and inquiries
• Prepare regular reports
• Participate in preparing operation manuals
• Set up and maintenance of static data
• Participate in UAT and ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University Degree in Economics / Banking and Finance or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of experience in Banking Operations and Cash Management
• Experience in different types of payments
• Strong sense of AML knowledge and awareness in handling suspicious transactions
• Detail-oriented. Able to work independently in a timely manner
• Experience in payment operations/account services an advantage
• Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
