Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their customer segmentation team to cope with the bank's expansion.

Job Description:

• Assist Finance Manager to formulate the annual IT budgets, oversee IT expenditures for budget control, review IT contracts and approve invoice payments
• Perform data analysis for management reports on departmental IT expenditure
• Provide administrative support to liaise with Financial Management
• Manage and prepare regular IT Finance reports, and organize financial document recordsIT Finance Management
• Solicit IT budgets and expenditures to arrange for the Management’s approvals
• Liaise with Local Finance & Group IT Finance to confirm the logistics of financial control procedures and budgets for intra-group and inter-departmental IT chargeback budgets, cost classification, cost calculation and control methods
• Monitor the day-to-day IT expenditures within the Division to assure all are within the approved budgets; and timely remind IT teams for budget expiration
• Review IT contracts to assure T&C terms aligning with financial policies
• Review IT invoices and approve payments, and prepare payment report
• Other IT administrative work
• Liaise with Financial Management to provide office administrative support for IT staffs, e.g. office budgets, expenses, OT claims, invoice payments

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary education in accounting and related subject
• 2 years or above in relevant working experience
• Good Excel operating skills, know macro writing is preferred
• Experience in vendor contracts management
• Able to handle multiple tasks in fast pace
• Good interpersonal skills

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
