Responsibilities:

l  Achieve agreed sales target and fulfill customer’s needs with focus on business new customer；

l  Build effective relationship with customer to develop sustainable relationship and to identify potential business opportunities and provide products and services to customer；

l  Deliver the firm and enhance brand appeal with excellent services；

l  Establish and maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and other cross function as appropriate to serve customer needs；

l  Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain highest standard of excellence in customer service；

l  Maintain sufficientknowledge of relevant products and service available from the Client

l  Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures

l  Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Requirements:

1、Education：College degree or above，major in finance or related preferred;

2、Experience：More than 8 years’ experience in call center or banking, 3—5 years’ experience in Tele sales management and ability to manage a team of more than 100 employees. Experience in banking project operation preferred;

3、Language：Good in English

4、Soft skill:

• Good communication skill；
• Ability for the solution of problem;
• Sensitive to numbers and data driven mind-set
• Advance level in MS office applications, PowerPoint and excel
