Responsibilities

• As a Global Strategic Marketing Team member to support a full range of direct and indirect marketing activities from idea generation to implementation of marketing strategy for promoting people management consultancy services
• Co-ordinate internally with local country offices to support the logistics of marketing activities including organizing marketing campaigns and to evaluate the effectiveness
• Work closely with local country offices to explore and establish different channels and networks to promote corporate brand awareness and sales development
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure the quality and manage the production of marketing collaterals (including monthly newsletters and e-publications, eDM, marketing videos, corporate publications and product brochures, etc.) with responsibilities ranging from copywriting, editing, proof reading, layout design and articles translation for knowledge sharing and marketing purposes

Requirements

• Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related business disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing / brand and product promotions / advertising / communications. Applicants with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
• Performance-driven, self-motivated team player with strong project management and communications skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Passionate in people servicing industry
• Organized, multi-tasking, detail-minded with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels a plus
